Rosie Zilinskas is the CEO and founder of No Woman Left Behind and an executive vice president in the insurance industry. An international leadership coach and corporate trainer, she has spoken on stages all over the U.S. and Latin America and has lent her career expertise to numerous podcasts and media outlets.
Prior to launching No Woman Left Behind, Rosie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in actuarial science and spent three decades climbing the corporate ladder. A mother of two young adults, she is a first-generation Mexican-American who’s obsessed with personal development and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. She currently lives in Chicago with her husband and beloved mini Goldendoodle, Oakley.
One morning I woke up and had the realization that if my life was going to change for the better, I had to take control. The only one who had the power to change my life was. So I embarked on a journey of emotional, spiritual, and financial renewal — and within 18 months, I was closing on a new home for me and my children.
I had turned our lives around, and now it was time to focus on my career. I knew I had the potential to do so much more so I told senior leadership I was interested in a management role, then worked my butt off to make it happen. Today I’m an executive VP for a multi-billion dollar global insurance company, all because I realized I had to speak up and advocate for myself in order to advance.
Over my 30 years in the corporate world, I’ve seen firsthand how women all too often hold themselves back in their careers by not speaking up or being afraid to ask for what they deserve. Creating the career and the life you desire all starts with learning to trust and believe in yourself, and through No Woman Left Behind I’m determined to elevate women in the world by equipping them with the mindset, knowledge, and skills they need to thrive incorporate. I’ve helped dozens of women get unstuck and gain the confidence to achieve their goals, and I’d love to help you do the same.
