The Articulation Gap Keynote for Corporate Audiences
Now scheduling 2026 and 2027 engagements.

Signature Keynote
Your highest performing women are doing the work. They are hitting the numbers, carrying the hard projects, and holding the team together. And they are still being passed over.
The reason is rarely performance. It is the Articulation Gap: the distance between the impact you create and the impact leadership recognizes and rewards.
When that gap stays open, the women you most need to keep quietly start looking. When it closes, they stay, they rise, and they pull the next generation up with them.
A grounded, story-driven session that names the pattern your audience is living, and gives them an approach they can use the next morning. Built from over 30 years inside Fortune 500 leadership and hundreds of coaching conversations with the women who were almost lost.

The Story Behind the Keynote
At forty years old, Rosie Zilinskas was sitting at her desk as an insurance underwriter, convinced that one day someone would notice her hard work. She volunteered. She backed up teammates. She trained staff. She pitched improvement ideas. She was doing all the things.
Then one day, she scheduled a meeting with a senior executive and told him she wanted to become a manager.
He looked surprised.
At the end of the conversation, he said four words that changed her entire career.
You never said anything.
Those four words became the foundation for everything she teaches today. She built a Story Vault. She prepared deliberately for six months. She earned the Executive Vice President role at AIG Private Client Group over nine other candidates. Not because she was louder. Because she was the most composed in delivering how she would create impact.
From that experience, the Articulation Gap was named. Today, Rosie brings that story, and the structured method that came out of it, to keynote stages for the organizations determined to stop losing their best women to the same gap she once lived in.

Why This Matters
The cost of losing a high-performing woman is higher than the cost of developing her. Every time a strong contributor walks out the door because she cannot be recognized for the impact she is already creating, the organization loses institutional knowledge, team stability, and the leader it did not know it had.
According to SHRM, the cost of replacing an employee can range from 50% to 200% of their annual salary, depending on their level.

This keynote is built for HR leaders and executives who want to keep their top performers, grow the next generation of leaders, and build a bench they can count on. Attendees walk away with practical strategies for recognizing, developing, and holding on to the women already driving your results.
Keep your top performers.
The women already driving your results stay, grow, and feel seen for the impact they create every day.
Grow leaders who can lead your people.
Emerging women step into bigger roles ready to lead, not just ready to be promoted.
Build a bench you can count on.
The women next in line are prepared to step up before the role opens.

Rosie Zilinskas is a dynamic, impactful speaker who argues with passion the importance of women fighting for advancement in their workplace. Citing industry trends and personal experience, her presentation encouraged professional women to reach beyond their grasp and had the data to back up the reason for taking the leap. One of our best attended breakout sessions, attendees included prominent women from local businesses and public-facing roles who sought out her presentation in a standing-room-only crowd. Interactive and compelling, she left the crowd feeling energized and abuzz with possibilities. We would absolutely welcome her back to speak at another seminar in the future.

Meet Rosie

Rosie Zilinskas is a keynote speaker, Certified High Performance Coach, and StoryBrand Certified Guide who works with high-performing corporate women to close the Articulation Gap. She is the creator of the Articulation Gap, and founder of No Woman Left Behind.
After more than 30 years in corporate that included serving as Executive Vice President at AIG Private Client Group, Rosie saw firsthand how often strong performers were overlooked. Not because they lacked results. Because their impact was not clearly articulated in the language leadership uses to make decisions.
Her signature keynote, You Never Said Anything: Why High Performers Get Passed Over, has resonated with audiences in finance, insurance, higher education, and women's leadership events.
